Hello dannyajackson,

You should replace the shortcode:
[bsg_posts type="grid" layout="snippet" show_date="yes" source="custom" ids="1139,1152,1146,1164" columns="4"]

with this one:
[bsg_posts type="grid" layout="snippet" show_date="yes" source="all" number="5" columns="4" order_by="date" order="desc"]
